He'd probably hang mostly around those from his division, Bombing and Arson Investigations, but seeing as he is quite the social butterfly, he's liable tobug someone to death hang around someone from another division, if you want, usually in the coffee/lounge-ish area~.
Also, btw, if you are his supervisor or superior in any way, you will know that he is a trap, but if not... He'll be a girl to ya~. <3 Anyway, I'm up for whatever, so just let me know~!
