Experience and kill rate :
-After Francis rapes them, he kills them. Usually at least 1 a night, sometimes 2. Sometimes none if he's too tired.
-He's like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. He has two distinctive personalities. You'd never know the difference unless you were watching him kill people.
Physical appearance:
Arthur is a short man (average height, he tells people). He's a fairly scrawny man, but not overly so. He's merely a little on the petite side.
He has very short messy hair that he usually hides under a hat of sorts when he goes out for an evening stroll.
His eyes are a very bright green, a shining emerald colour.
Above those eyes sits very large, thick, noticeable eyebrows.
His posture is that of a very posh dandy.
Distinguishing features:
-His bright eyes and his incredibly thick eyebrows are what many people know him by.
-At night he does his best to conceal these features by wearing a hat.
Character history:
Arthur grew up in a fairly large neighbourhood. He never really got along with many other boys, often finding himself running away from his brothers more than anything.
One day, while wandering around the neighbourhood for someone to play with, he stumbled upon a boy a little older than him named Francis Bonnefoy. He befriended him and often scolded him much like a mother would for his sloppy dress and had to fix it.
When they got a bit older and Francis started dressing in more fancy outfits, he would start scolding Arthur on his clothes teasingly and getting them matching clothes.
In high school, however, he started ignoring the matching clothes and took to wearing punk clothes. Francis started hanging around other friends and drifted from him. After having several bad run-ins with preps, he decidedly hated those who slept around. He hated watching them sleep around and then get pregnant and make up who's child it was.
It'd started with just one or two girls right out of high school. (He had to get that degree first. Couldn't be kicked out and have a black mark on his record.) He'd made sure there'd be nobody looking. Caught them in the back alley where they were waiting to have sex. Carefully cut out their uterus to make sure there'd be no evidence left.
There was surprisingly less blood than he though. No more than two wine glasses full. He could do this.
He continued on with his career as a novelist and journalist. In college, he never killed because there were just too many people. But he picked up directly after.
He very much so loves writing articles on everything in the daily newspaper and it greatly amuses him when he gets to write about himself. Because most of the time, he gets to throw the police completely off his trail, or talk to them personally about their findings.
One night in a pub, celebrating his most recent success in writing, he ran into his old friend Francis again. The two began talking and moved into an apartment together to be closer to both of their careers.
When the two finally ended up confessing their faults, they both cracked very large grins and started going out as a duo. Francis raped while Arthur killed, it was a master plan.
Personality:
Arthur comes off as very harsh most of the time. He often times doesn’t mean it, but other times he truly does. Only a few choice people can tell the difference between the two types of hatred. He may soften up for someone, but it would take a bit of time.
He can be an inner romantic sometimes. He loves poetry and music. He’s really bad at being romantic, though, because he’ll get frustrated at the person if they don’t seem impressed or if they make fun of him. He doesn’t really know how to come off. He gets really embarrassed when trying to impress someone half the time.

-He speaks with "imaginary" friends quite frequently and truly believes they are indeed there.

"Shut your bloody trap!"

He may come off as a polite gentleman, but he is very easily angered.
He surprisingly doesn't fear getting caught. He's confident.
He thinks even if he is caught, he'll be as great as he was once upon a time.
